Objective of the asbl GIWAL

The essential objective of the asbl "Gites and routes of Wallonie " in summary GIWAL is to develop a stop-over gites network so that walkers can hike on long-distance footpaths ( G.R) Of Wallonia being certain of finding an accommodation corresponding to their aspiration and to their needs.

The asbl Giwal, created in 1987, is a real non profit association because it consists only of volunteers, does not aim at profit and besides receives no subsidy.

To help us in the realization of the above-mentioned objective you can write to us to give the coordinates of any accommodation welcoming walkers.
